They Call It Paradise, We Call It…
November 19, 2007
Have you ever wondered where all the sex offenders of this world go when they are released back into the real world?
ST. PETERSBURG, Florida
Ninety-five percent of the residents here are convicted sex offenders. The Palace, as I will call it, does not allow children, but 18-100 year old women are more than welcome to rent out a trailor.
Personally, I find it to be a good idea to put all the sex offenders in one place. And while they are at it, they could add an electrified barb wire fence around the entire community. Or just a really high brick wall. Give them all the ammenities they need to never leave the confines of those walls.
If you ask Mike (right) “Out there … it’s a jungle”. “In here, it’s our own little piece of paradise. We’re safe here.” Mike, we are glad we could make YOU feel safe. It makes us feel safe when we know exactly where you are.
And if you ask Bill (right), who doesn’t say much, except…”I like to be around a lot of wood”, leads me to believe he too is not ready. But judging by the picture, what Bill wants, Bill gets.
For them it seems as though life just couldn’t be any better. Except for that little blemish on their record called sex offender.
